Yes. You can pay with a credit or debit card through PayPal, an online payment processing center. If you have an account there, you may pay through your own personal checking account or any credit card you have set up for that purpose. If you do not want to have an account with PayPal, you may pay as a guest and none of your information is part of the PayPal system as an account. Simple and easy, with PayPal just acting as the online payment processor. When you checkout, on the PayPal payment page, you just choose "check out as guest" or whatever wording is there at the time that indicates you do not have a PP account. Then you can use whatever credit card you would like of the main ones, Visa or MasterCard. If you pay using your PayPal account and use the e-check form of payment, that will delay when your package is shipped due to this type of payment being just like a check. I have to wait until it clears my bank which can take 3 to 10 days. PayPal will let you know when it has cleared and I will then ship your order. If you have any questions, please let me know.
HANDMADE: Many of the handcrafted items you see on the site are already made and so are ready for immediate shipment. If you need a certain size of an item made, it may take 2 to 7 days to get that custom order made. I will communicate with each buyer about their order and the production time. NON-HANDMADE: All other items (non-handmade items) are ready for immediate shipment. I try to ship the same or next business day after payment clears if item is ready for shipment. As above, shipment date varies based on production time involved for handmade items. Please remember, though, that the time it takes for your order to arrive to you is entirely dependent on the United States Postal Service (USPS); any delays within the shipping system once I ship are out of my control. Nothing is guaranteed, but most of the time, shipments arrive in a timely manner, sooner than the USPS estimate. Please remember that once I ship, I cannot control what happens. We both are at the mercy of the USPS!
If you are unhappy with your item(s), please call or write me immediately and let me know. Then I will give instructions for returns which must be done within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Any item returned must be in SAME condition as it was received, new and unused and ready for re-sale. Any item that is returned in that condition will be eligible for refund of selling price, not including original shipping or return shipping. Any item returned in any other condition than what it was when shipped will not be eligible for a refund. If you are concerned about getting your item safely, just let me know and I will add insurance at a small cost. If insurance is added to your purchase and your package is damaged or lost, refund/credit will be given once the claim is handled via the USPS or third-party insurer, whichever is used for your package. Any item lost will be refunded as long as the USPS delivery confirmation tracking does not show the item was delivered; if it was delivered but the buyer claims it was not received, there will be no refund since there will be proof of delivery available. What happens to your packages at your address after delivery will not be the responsibility of the seller. If you do not feel your packages can be left safely at your address at time of delivery, please make other delivery arrangements since I am not able to control what happens after the packages are picked up from me by the USPS. All items are shipped with a tracking and delivery confirmation number for proof of delivery. Some items are not returnable; please read listing information carefully.
