Terms of ServiceHANDMADE INFORMATION: All handmade and handcrafted items are made by me, but there are a few photos I use which were taken by friends who allow me to make them into cards and keychains for my shop(s); those will be noted and credit given to my friends who took the photos for those items.
My home is smoke free but I do have one kitty cat. I keep all supplies and finished products in sealed zipper bags and storage containers prior to sale and shipping. But I cannot guarantee there won't be a stray cat hair or cat dander on some of my products.
PAYMENT: I accept PayPal (all forms) and Stripe. Please remember that payments with e-check in PayPal are treated as a regular check and that will mean shipment is delayed until the payment clears the banks on both ends, just like a paper check. If you are not willing to wait for this, then please do not pay with e-check.
I do not accept checks, but I do accept money orders from the USPS or a bank only and not from convenience stores or department stores.
SALES TAX: Tax will be added for orders shipped to AZ addresses. If others states require sales tax be paid by residents of those states, it is up to the buyers to keep track of their personal purchases and to submit sales tax at a local/city/state level per their home state requirements. This is because my small business activities will not meet threshold requirements for submitting sales tax to individual states other than Arizona.
SHIPPING: Be sure your shipping address is correct. That is the address on file with your payment processor (PayPal or Stripe). And I will only ship to the addresses listed with your payment processor. Be sure to keep your shipping address updated as I have no way of knowing your address is not correct!
All purchases and shipping costs from one buyer must be paid for in one combined payment. If you buy several items and pay in more than one payment, I will not refund the difference in shipping due to the fees involved for individual payments that I have to pay with your payment processor.
So please remember, to get combined shipping rates, each buyer MUST wait to pay for all items in one payment. If you need help regarding this, please let me know.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: Any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt in new and unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be given minus original shipping charges and payment fees (with Stripe or PayPal) unless reason for return is a mistake on my part. Refund/exchange will be handled after return of original product(s) which must be in new and unused, undamaged, and unaltered condition. No refunds can be given until items are returned.
If I made a mistake with your order, I will pay return shipping and cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement if available or give full refund including original shipping if replacement not available.
No refund given for missing items that were delivered per the USPS Tracking and Delivery Confirmation number. All packages shipped by me will have Delivery Confirmation on them. If you are concerned about safe delivery to your address, please let me know you wish to purchase insurance on your package and I will arrange that for you or you can set up another shipping address to a safer location (office, family member, friend, etc).
Any order over $20 will have insurance added by me; if you wish insurance on packages with a total value less than $20, please let me know and I will send you an invoice with that added.
The main reason packages are not delivered is due to a problem with the shipping address. Many times a buyer has had a change of address and has not updated their delivery address with their payment processor like PayPal or Stripe. So please be sure you have your correct shipping address on file with your payment processor.
International orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable due to the cost of shipping involved. This means you must be sure of sizes and choices since you cannot return items if you made a mistake.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Just ask and we will see what can be done to meet your needs. I make all sorts of different things that you may not see in my shop, so it never hurts to ask about something specific! I may be able to make just what you'd like as a custom order.
